Raghad is the creator of guzalleri. She is a senior industrial engineering who has the passion in beauty cosmetics. Since 2010, she has been producing cosmetics for the beauty industry. She began by learning from beauty bloggers and making soaps and creams for her cousins and friends. After noticing a large amount of interaction, she began to learn more and eventually earned international certificates. She then decided to launch her own brand, which she named "guzalleri," which means "beautiful" in Turkish.The product focuses on women's inner and outer beauty. Raghad goals is to ensure all the products she introduced are within the highest quality and exceed all beauty. Her massage is that there is a Queen in every woman.

رغد هي طالبة تخرج هندسة صناعيه، لديها شغف بمنتجات العناية و التجميل. بدأت بصناعة المنتجات منذ عام 2010. بدأت بالتعلم من المدونات ثم قامت بمشاركة منتجاتها مع صديقاتها و اقاربها مما اثار اعجابهم و لاحظت ازدياد الطلب عليه. ثم بدأت بالتعمق في المجال بأخذ شهادات معتمدة عالميه. بعد ذلك قررت عمل مشروعها الخاص و اختارت اسما مميزا و هو "Guzelleri" وبما معناه الجميلة باللغة التركية. رسالتها هي أن في كل أمرأه هنالك ملكة .
